Maria and her three children were surprised just before Christmas with complete furnishings for their new Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona home thanks to support from Aaron's Inc, U-Haul, Brooklyn Bedding, and Sprouts Farmers Market. The family was stunned to find their house fully furnished with help from Aaron's Inc. A grant was provided by U-Haul to cover the cost of bedding, kitchen supplies, home decor items, and more. Brooklyn Bedding donated five mattresses along with sheets & pillows and Sprouts Farmers Market stocked the pantry with nutritious foods. This was the 62nd family surprised by First Things First with Homes for the Holidays.



Most Monday's Kurt is on-air as a color analyst for the Westwood One Radio national broadcast of Monday Night Football. First Things First is honored to host a military veteran and their guest at each of those games. We work with Vet Tix to find an active duty or retired member of the military in each city. Michael and his son attended a Monday night game in Denver and had this to say about their night, "A big shout out to Kurt Warner and Westwood 1 who provided great communication after I won the lottery tickets. Kurt is one of my favorite announcers. The signed memorabilia has a special place on my shelf. It was a great experience to share with my son."
